But after moving to Salida to retire, I found myself missing the challenge—and the joy—of helping people create exceptional homes. What started as a simple desire to explore investment properties quickly evolved into a full-time passion, and I haven’t looked back since.

With experience in over 5,000 homes across seven countries and 29 states, I bring a deep understanding of residential construction, architecture, and design to every transaction. I spent ten years as a luxury home builder, and I know what truly makes a home stand out. When preparing a listing, I go beyond the basics—offering detailed reports with photos and videos of competing homes, coordinating repairs and updates, and ensuring every property shines. My 30+ years of high-level negotiation experience give my clients an edge, whether they’re buying or selling.

I’m proud to call Salida home, where I live with my wife, Jennifer, on our ranch along the Arkansas River. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me out 4-wheeling in my Cybertruck, camping, or spending time with my kids.
